Do you deliver worldwide?

We currently deliver to EU and Scandinavia. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us.

How soon can you deliver?

Is there a standard price list?

We do not have a standard price list due to the numerous possible combinations based on material, finish, quantity, dimensions, etc. Our pricing is however very transparent and we show you the updated price at each step so you can remain well within your planned budget.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment through bank cards (Visa and Mastercard).

How can I customize a label template for products and events?

Follow these 4 simple steps to customize a label template –

Step 1 – Choose your design and enter the quantity you require.

Step 2 – Customize the design as you like, and click ok.

Step 3 – Check all the details carefully in the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have a coupon code, use it here.

Step 4 – Add the billing and payment details. Click ‘Place Order’. All done!

How can I create my own label design?

 

The easy to use design tool on our website allows you to create your design online –

Step 1 – Click here to start. Enter label details.

Step 2 – Create your very own label design and click ok.

Step 3 – Check all the details carefully in the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have a coupon code, use it here.

Step 4 – Add the billing and payment details. Click ‘Place Order’. All done!

 

If you already have a design ready, just upload your design here, fill out the details, and head straight to the shopping cart.

Which file formats can I upload?

If you already have a ready-to-print artwork, this must be a pdf format generated from an original print file. If you create a design in our online design module, you can upload images in jpeg and png formats. 

I don't have an artwork. How do I proceed?

You can choose from numerous pre-made designs and customize them as you like. Check our library here. Alternatively, you can design a label online here.

Can I put labels on all types of materials?

You can use labels on most of the common containers. We do not recommend puting our labels on materials such as:

  • leather
  • suede
  • silk
  • linen
  • fine wool
  • and other delicate materials
Do your labels withstand a wet and humid environment?

A filmic material is a better choice. We do not recommend using paper as a material choice for labels that will be in a wet and humid environment. You can select your material of choice while you configure your label.

Are your labels suitable for outdoor use?

Filmic labels are better suited for outdoor conditions as compared to paper labels. You can select your material of choice while you configure your label. Note that the lifetime for outdoor use is limited.

How do I cancel my order?

It is however not possible to cancel an order, for customized products and/or if the printing process has begun.

What is your return policy?

As a general rule, customized items cannot be accepted for return. In case of faulty products and defects, please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product and we will do our best to make it right for you. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
